Welcome to LgdHub. By accessing our platform, registering as a B2B member, using our developer API, or submitting bids/asks, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. B2B Wholesale Focus & Verification

LgdHub is exclusively a business-to-business (B2B) digital trading network. We do not sell retail quantities to individual consumers. During registration, you must provide a valid Tax ID, Business Registration, or Diamond Association membership. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any account that fails compliance checks.

2. Trading Rules, Bids, & Offers

All listings, bids, asks, and negotiation logs entered into the LgdHub dashboard represent binding business proposals:

  • Listing Accuracy: Wholesalers and growers must ensure that carat weights, cuts, colors, clarities, and grading report numbers (IGI/GIA/GCAL) are 100% accurate.
  • Binding Bids: When a buyer submits a firm bid on an inventory sheet, they are committed to complete the purchase if the seller accepts the bid within the specified timeframe.
  • Payments: All transactions are settled via wire transfer, verified letter of credit (L/C), or approved ESCROW channels as agreed upon between the buyer and seller. LgdHub is a matching platform and does not hold funds unless explicitly utilizing our ESCROW service.

3. API Fair Use & Integration

Developers and diamond firms integrating their ERP/Shopify platforms with our Developer API must comply with rate limits (100 requests per minute). Scraping diamond sheets or using API keys to clone prices for public consumer portals without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

LgdHub and its parent Dianet Technologies LLC are not liable for transaction defaults, cargo damage, or delivery delays. Buyers and sellers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, securing shipping insurance, and checking gemological certificate numbers prior to wire settlement.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any legal disputes arising from using our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Hudson County, New Jersey.
